  2. Measure: Wrap a soft tape measure around that exact area against your bare skin.

  3. Relax: Don't pull the tape too tight or suck in your stomach—leave a tiny bit of breathing room so your beads can move comfortably when you sit down!

✨ Note on Traditional Tie-On Beads: If you are purchasing our traditional tie-on waist beads, they come as a standard 53 inches of string. You do not need to choose a size from the chart above; you will simply wrap them around you and tie them down to fit your unique shape perfectly!
